A triple front chain ring gets you up the hills even without corporate sponsorship, and an all aluminum frame and fork keeps the weight down. An adjustable stem lets you have a more comfortable position if you’re not trying to win a race. You get “cross levers” that you can reach from the middle section of the handlebar as well as the normal brake levers. And you even have room for bigger tires if the roads get rough.
