It’s a no-joke commuter dressed up as that old bike you always see locked up by the bus station. Its rugged cromoly frame and fork, 26” mountain bike wheels, and mountain bike parts will probably take more of a beating than you will. Slick tires and a rigid fork give you the extra speed and efficiency you’d want to get where you’re going. And to top it off, fenders not only add to the “plane Jane” look, but they’re actually functional! Just ask they guys with a stripe up their back and road grime in their face after the rain.
