The Blast uses the same burly frame as the Kona Caldera. Mounted to a 100mm RoxShox fork with adjustable spring rate, the Blast is ready for whatever you dish out. Dual wall rims mean things will still roll true, even after hitting that bump a little harder than you meant to. Hayes mechanical disk brakes mean even when it gets wet and nasty, the brake levers will do more than just make noise. Shimano Acera derailleurs keep the price in check while the Maxxis Ignitor tires keep your bike on the path. If you’re ready for some real fun, but don’t need to shell out $900, then here ya go.
