Designed for full suspension mountain bikes and any other bike frame that don’t work well with traditional luggage racks. Also a good choice for any bike if you use a rack only occasionally and want to take it on and off frequently. The BeamRack attaches to your bike’s seatpost with a quick-release mechanism, and goes on and off in under 60 seconds.

The BeamRack is made of tough 6061-series T6 aluminum. The quick-release clamp adjusts to fit seatposts from 25.4mm up to 31.8mm. The rack has a weight limit of 20 lbs, and weighs 650 grams.

There are three sizes of MTX BeamRack:

• A-Type (small) works best on most 16” and smaller MTB frames (19” and smaller road bikes). The beam angles up as it leaves the seatpost clamp, to improve tire clearance on small frames.
• E-Type (medium) works best on most 17” to 22” MTB frames (20” to 25” road bikes). The beam extends straight out from the seatpost attachment point. This fits most bikes and is by far the best selling size.
• V-Type (large) works best on 22” and taller MTB frames (and some really tall road bikes). The beam angles down as it leaves the seatpost clamp, to lower the bag and thus lower the bike’s center of gravity. Can improve handling when the bike frame is big enough to fit this version, but the E-Type fits these big frames too.
