Arkel Shoulder Strap

The Arkel shoulder strap is made to carry one or two panniers when transporting them off the bike. Of course the strap works with any brand of pannier, and any other item for that matter, that has two D-rings or other devices to attach the strap’s two hooks to. The strap is made of tightly woven nylon, is adjustable in length, and has a nice shoulder pad.
